I'm giving 2 stars, 1 for the good customer service and 1 for the great quality of the trampoline mat I ordered. However, like the other review, I had trouble receiving my order in a timely manner. It does state on their website they're experiencing delays. When I ordered, this number was at 1-2 weeks delay on April 21st. I received a phone call at the 2 week mark stating they didn't have the color of suncatcher I wanted. No big deal, but at 2 weeks, I wrongly assumed this should already be headed my way. Called at the 4 week mark and was told it should ship next week, which it did. But April 21st to June 1st is a little excessive, especially in today's market where people want stuff done faster and cheaper. Ordered a replacement part the first of March 2020. It was suppose to be received in 7-10 days. Called after two weeks due to not receiving and no updates. We were told they were behind but it shipped and they tracked it saying it was still in their warehouse and it would leave the next day. 2 weeks later still not received. Called again. Told it would be leaving and sorry that happened. Called two weeks later, still have not received it. Lady said she would txt the other location to make sure it was going to be shipped. Called today 4/30 and now they say it’s been out of stock the entire time. Don’t waste your time with this joke of a company. If they could at least communicate correctly it would be fine. this place lies on the matter of when their open, the times listed on the website, and what they have on the voice message to the phone number said another thing. It caused a huge problem being i drove all the way there thinking it was open this Saturday with my kids freezing in the vehicle at 29 degree weather. NOT COOL IN MY EYES.
