5 stars plus! We met Evan and Karen of Three Springs Farm at the Culpeper farmers market a few years ago and they quickly became our go-to source for meat. We purchase a variety of items -- ground beef and patties, tenderloin, stew meat, bratwurst, breakfast sausage and bacon, and pork chops. All delicious, so flavorful and tender. I highly recommend some of the other products they offer, like the blended spices (thumbs up for bourbon salt and the spice rub) and seasonal greens, eggs, and cheeses from other local businesses. Their website is super easy for order placement. It's great to have the option of stopping by their store (it's especially appreciated when the farmers market isn't available). Evan and Karen meet our large family with a smile every time! They are very helpful with any questions we may have, and always very polite. Quality meats, dairy and eggs are important to our family. We know they take good care of their animals. They are pastured, grass-fed and supplement with non-gmo feed. All important qualities my family looks for in a source. Although, I know they will deliver to my home, we enjoy the drive out to their farm and friendly faces that greet us each week. This review is long overdue. Our family has been customers for about 3 years now, and I can't say enough about the high quality of the beef, pork, chicken, and lamb products that they sell. We have had the privilege of buying direct from their shop and also buying partial/whole animals from them as well. I never doubt not only the quality of the meat but also the care that went into the raising of the animals. We live about an hour away from them and make the drive to buy their products! We love their pork belly...
