Clean, fast, reasonably priced, and a great value for the service. Hidden Pines does a great job for processing wild game. I've tried several of the regular cuts and the specialty meats and I've been pleased with both. People who don't like the taste of venison have said that the meat that comes from them taste better than others. Everyone is professional and easy to work with making drop off the best in the business. It's nice to be able to deliver a deer late in the evening without wondering if the place will be open. I can't see myself going with anyone else. Great service!

Tried them out per a recommendation from a friend. Have already tried the sausage - excellent. The streaks were perfectly butchered- almost nothing to trim before cooking. Will definitely be going back. Prices fair and well worth it -...
