Mt Tully Kennels — Local services in Orange

Arrived for our grooming appointment, only to be told the groomer was having "car trouble" and would be late....not a problem...next, she calls and says she's NOT COMING!!!! I mean, nobody could call us and give us a heads up!!?? One can't help but wonder if because we were new clients and the only one booked, we just weren't blown off. The problem is, this was an urgent appointment. My Boyfriend's Mom was having a Christmas party that day, and wanted her to smell nice. We had to scramble and call around.... another very nice Groomer in Orange set us up with a Groomer in Greenfield who could help us immediately. Thank God for good people and we weren't left high and dry!!!! Would NEVER go back to Tully for...

They took excellent care of my two dogs. Can be more expensive than a service like a Rover but you definitely get what you pay for here. They do charge extra for medication administration and for additional walks but they are definitely worth every penny. The staff are extremely kind, knowledgeable and understanding. My dogs came back very happy and thriving. I even was able to add on a grooming service when i dropped them off which was done during their stay. Will definitely be using this place again for future...

The girls that work there are a perfect example of how customer service should be! Mikayla goes above and beyond. She really knows and seems to love her job. She has a vast knowledge about all the pets they carry in store. I have honestly learned so much from her. She is commited to providing a good customer experiance.
