6 years ago, our grandma's condo was built, with Gladiuex being the "boss" of the project, hiring J&J's as a sub-contractor to do the duct work. Fast forward 6 years later, she turns on her heat on a very cold day, and red stuff starts flying out of her vents all over her furniture and carpets. The red stuff that came out of the vents was rust from years of build-up from moisture getting into the ducts. Recently we found out the main duct wasn't even insulated, the coil is cracked, and the entire main duct has a huge amount of rust build-up from excessive moisture over the years. She contacted Gladieux's, only to be told that if she tries anything in the legal stance, that they have two attorneys on their side, so he would win that fight in court. They're refusing to fix it, or even pay the bill of $3600 dollars from a quote from a completely different company, since J&J's refused to do anything to help her, as well. Also add in Gladieux's not putting a warranty on her house for the duct work, so she'll have to pay put of pocket for a company to come in and fix it. Now she's constantly being harassed by phone calls and voice messages from Gladiuex's, with no explanation as to why they're even calling now since they've refused to help her. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They are way too cocky and are not there for the customer if anything goes wrong that would make...

When in there yesterday were because we're building a house out on lake Erie. Anyways, went in there to pick up some plywood and some insulation for the elevator. There's an elevator that's constructed on the outside of the house because it's a basically a three-story kind of a tower or a box with a giant dex on the other side facing the lake. But anyways I digress, I needed to get some plywood they had it I need to get the insulation they had it. pull through the the bay door there and they loaded it and I was on my way. Price was really really good actually. The best part about this is that it was convenient to the location here in Toledo Ohio. All in all I have nothing bad to say about the place the price was good the people were nice they had what I needed and I was on my way. I have to start taking more photographs but I've been in such a rush because of this job I haven't been able to just you know stop and photograph along the way. But I will from here on out. Went there to look for a new mower, I was going to finally invest in a zero turn and the new Cub Cadet caught my eye. My wife and I went and checked one out and Trent in the mower department let us test drive one right off of the showroom floor. We went back on the week-end to purchase the mower and took my 2 boys(7 and 9). The youngest one decided to try and start a mower and got scared when it fired up and I gave him the "look". He was upset so my wife took him and his brother to look at bird feeders while I was filling out paperwork. As they were walking around a lady working there felt bad and gave him a piece of candy and as I was at the counter Trent took hats and sunglasses to the boys to make them feel better!
