Avoid Dream Finders/Craft Homes at all costs. Their poor craftsmanship and high prices are just the beginning. The construction managers and warranty team are disorganized and unresponsive, pushing you to close with numerous outstanding issues that they will never address. They delay endlessly and ultimately fail to resolve problems. Customer care is chaotic, with representatives lacking work ethic and professionalism. Despite paying for location and upgrades, you receive low-quality finishes. Communication is a nightmare; calls, emails, and texts go unanswered, and promises are broken. They use excuses like the house passing inspections, even though there isn't enough hot water for multiple household members to shower simultaneously in different bathrooms.This has been my worst experience with new construction by far. No follow-up, no respect, no work ethic, no craftsmanship, and no pride. It has been 7 MONTHS since closing and they still haven't addressed the promise to complete and new warranty issues.

If you truly cannot find me in your system, that further supports my point about your lack of organization and structure. You may dismiss this, but mine is a legitimate review. There is also a clear pattern of discontent among your customers; currently, 7 out of 11 reviews are 1-star, and all of them would have given 0 stars if possible. This means over 63% of your reviewers agree with me. Instead of asking me to reach out to your social media inbox, I suggest you investigate the issues your builders and staff are causing customers.
Our construction manager, Norberto Lebron-Mercado, delayed our promise to complete for five months before passing us off to Dustin Henderson from warranty and customer care who was also unresponsive for days. Now, we've been handed over to Maria Vigil. To anyone considering buying in Laureate Park, please reconsider your choice of builder.
