My fiance' and I love Forte Fitness! We receive personal training in a couples package 2x per week and go to bootcamp at least 1x per week. The personal training is excellent! It is challenging and fun at the same time. The trainer is amazing at tailoring the workout to our very different fitness levels and needs. She carefully plans each session- considering our past injuries and current goals. She is extremely professional and has a very high level of expertise. Every workout is unique and well-balanced. I don't always love the activities in the moment (because they are hard work and new for me) but I feel so proud at the end of each session. The bootcamp classes are lots of fun! Everyone is friendly, supportive, and positive towards one another. I was so nervous the first time I went to a class. I was quickly relieved to see there were people of all fitness levels and everyone brought a spirit of encouragement/non-judgement. My fiance' used to work out at Crossfit but had to stop after a few serious injuries. She feels like the personal training and bootcamp classes provide a balance of getting a good workout without a high likelihood of injuries. My husband and I are very unfit but wanted to make a huge step and join boot camp. We go to the location at South Econ. Its a small but devoted group. The schedule that is available works perfectly with our schedule and we feel so accomplished when we finish each class. During training if the instructors notice I have bad form they always show me the correct way so I do not sustain any injuries.
