Process started off well...difficult at times to reach Rich as this is not his primary job. Recently I have left 2 vm and text and yet to receive a call back. Also no real process in place as far as documentation. In other words no written process to follow or expect. This causes delays and unaccountablility during the survey and subsequent negotiations and follow up. Hence not receiving a call back from my last two vm's. Choose wisely when...
