Had a dumpster delivered to my house for a roofing project, driver who dropped it off came to the door and asked where we wanted it placed. When I called to have it picked up they said they didn't know when they could pick it up. The day they came to pick it up the driver backed up and dragged it 6 feet through my yard and then picked it up on the truck. If you are a company that exchanges money with your customers in 2019 but don’t accept credit or debit cards, that should be clearly stated on your website. The way I found out was by driving from 35 minutes away to have your super unfriendly window attendant silently point, with pursed lips like I was an idiot, at the hand written sign in the window when I got my card out and tried handing it to her. When I told her I didn’t have cash she said “Well, we close at noon and won’t wait for you to close the gates.” Neat...

Seems like I wasn't the only one to experience their poor communication on hours. Called and they didn't answer, hours says they are open both on Google and their website. Make an hour round trip drive to them to find out they are closed for an unknown reason.

Lazy business practice to not update your hours or have an automated phone line to tell the public actual hours or when they are closed for specific reasons.
