Horrible first time visit. As we walked in the front door we were stared down with hateful looks. We had arrived on time and prescheduled my young boys to get haircuts . The lady didn’t want to cut my boys hair and was not welcoming .My son did cry and she had no care about getting hair all over his face and everywhere else . She never asked what we wanted. I showed her a picture and she continued to cut it exactly how she wanted, which must include bald spots because that’s what he ended up with . She also made rude comments such as Dad should bring him next time , without knowing if dad was in the picture to say such things . At the end because I used a debit card I was charged “extra.” The lady swept up her mess was nice. That’s only thing positive I can...

Absolutely awful experience. I showed my hairstylist a picture of what I wanted and the stylist hacked off like 12 inches of my hair and the back is way shorter than the front. And there’s a big uneven chunk out of the side of my head. This was careless, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. So much for a licensed professional probably didn’t pay much attention in cosmetology school. If you value your hair, stay FAR away from this place. I am so sad in how my hair turned out.

Edit: uh my name is not Nicole. You must’ve butchered someone else’s hair too. This happened yesterday. I’m now considering extensions.
