DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! When the company was still owned by Ormond Grande, it was AMAZING but the new ownership is a scam!! I moved out 03/23/24 . I was told by Ormond grande manager I didn’t need to paint my house after moving out. Just clean and leave keys inside. Now I received a bill from the new management team that took over ARK stating I owe them $550 for painting and kept my $300 deposit for “cleaning “ when it was already cleaned out....

Great place to live. My wife and I enjoy living here. The community is quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are wonderful and the location is awesome. We are relatively close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Knoy, and John, always address any of our concerns immediately, and are highly courteous, and professional at best!
