Riverside Lanes — Local services in Orofino

Updated: The last three times we've ordered, they've gotten it wrong. I waited 20 minutes to pay for my order after 25 minute wait on making it. The order sat on the counter the whole time. The cook was busy doing her job but the lady taking orders and manning the register cleaned. She sent another patron away because his food wasn't ready and 20 minutes later he came back only to pay for his order which was sitting right next to mine the whole time. After he left I asked if mine was ready and the woman said yes. I expected to pay and leave but she started wiping down the counter behind her and only after she finished did she hell me. By the time I got home the food was cold. I called to complain but she left me on hold for 3 minutes. They weren't that busy. The food is awesome but the customer service sucks.

I used to go here a lot and was considering doing the boys birthday party here but have changed my mind. We waited over 20 minutes to even be acknowledged and another hour for food. We asked for no ice in the sodas got ice boyfriend ordered sour dough bread and still got rye, would have tried ordering a replacement but even going to the counter to order a refill took 10 min with no one else standing at the counter and did not feel like waiting another hour for food. Well now everybody should know by now that Riverside Lanes has the best burgers in 100 mi radius. There's games for the kids to play and US older kids too and very good bowling you'll find this one of a kind place it's like homegrown and family owned totally awesome guys.
