Ashery Country Store — Local services in Orrville

They have definitely expanded and are not the little store store of spice and baked goods as before. They do offer occupancy entering the store and after that (while on the store) you can forget about social distancing during COVID19. Again another stop and customers not wearing masks! People pushing and pulling as if they are buying items to save there lives. There is no COVID guidelines being followed here not even while waiting outside to get in. Much larger than in appears from the outside. Our GPS had a tough time with the street address but we eventually found it. The first thing I saw outside was dried corn to feed squirrels. Really? The interior was visually appealing. In Amishland you come to expect spotless. This was spotless and visually appealing. Colorful displays frequently offered samples. A wide selection of products. Friendly staff who were busy cleaning and organizing displays. Their cabinet-grade spice display is just beautiful. I really liked this store. I just felt good shopping there. Always a great place to visit. I purposely shop here for all my baking needs. I stock up for the holiday baking spree. Prices are better than you will find in a typical grocery. Staff is always warm and friendly. The drive to the store from where I live is beautiful farm countryside. I love it. If you sign up for the emails they send you an email description of what the season holds for their community and a great recipe for something to make. And a coupon for a free something to try.
