In addition to repair and maintenance of our heating/AC systems, Rich has taken care of several leaks in the plumbing (we have acidic well water,) as well as other issues. He has replaced the copper pipes in the basement with plastic to eliminate the pinhole leaks we were getting.  I appreciated Rich's recommendation, because he could have kept patching pipes indefinitely otherwise.

He also saved me from a real disaster last year when my sump pump failed during a record rainfall. Within 45 minutes of me calling, Rich had the pump replaced and my basement drained (there was about 3 inches of water in the whole basement at that point.)
