RUDE, RUDE, VERY RUDE!!!

The place was pretty nice. Great veiw, nice fishing. Quarters were a lttle tight. Not the most private resort. The rooms were clean , but, smelled of mold. The beds were very uncomfortable, but, we're here for the kids. We made the best of it but the owner, Kevin, was so rude. He treated everyone poorly. He insulted my wife and I. Accused us of lying. As well as treated my son like an idiot when he tride to help him put on the hot tub cover. At first we just ignored him but he was unbearable. Reading other reveiws we weren't the only ones he treated unperfessionally. No savings here. We let him know he was rude and left a day early without a refund. I deleted a wordy winded reveiws earlier, venting. All true, but didn't want to stoop to his level. Kevin if you read this I've been working in the hotel hospitality business for years, you truly should seek other employment... and if anyone thinking of staying here, read a few reveiws on other sites. Not everyone can have a onetime...

We used to stay at Golden Horseshoe Resort when it was open and now stay in the condos at Baypoint. I think for around 18 years now. I don’t know why I’ve never written a review before and I regret that. Anyway, Kevin and Becky are awesome and over the years we have stayed with them we have always received friendly and professional service from them. They care about their guests and we truly appreciate their hospitality. We stay at least once a year and for a few years now more than once. We’ve never had a bad experience. We appreciate the attention to detail and the desire to maintain a nice quiet relaxing time. Baypoint has beautiful condos and the pool can’t be beat. The view is spectacular. We stayed here for 4 days and 3 night in room 4 the duplex, the floors were very soft felt every move the neighbors(8 people in a 5 my capacity room) made 4 of them boys who stayed up late hours of the night wrestling? Walls were very thin could hear our neighbors at 3am talking. The panel doors are peeling our daughter shoved a splinter bout half inch long under her nail. We could see daylight through the sides of the front door. Poor air conditioning we had to go and buy fans just to keep cool. AND dont forget byo toilet paper Only allow 2 rolls of toilet paper per unit no matter how long you stay. Water pressure was horrible in our tiny house nation shower unless washing hands or dishes.
