Furniture Loft — Local services in Osage City

Worst experience ever. Went with a pocket full of cash looking for: a chair, dresser, and twin bed frame. I'd already searched stuff online, knew what I wanted, just wanted to come view stuff in person.. POCKET FULL OF CASH READY!!! Saw a chair and bed frame we wanted. Not cheap ones, either.

We came in, dressed in our jammy clothes with our 2 year old. Judged by our looks, I'm assuming. We're a little younger looking as well. But informed. Your store employee that was working at 330pm, Nov 27. Made sure we didn't spend any money there, and we won't ever be back.

Not only did she follow us closely around the store, she yelled at our kid before we were even able to correct the behavior ourselves. It's like she was waiting for it to happen. She also asked us three times what we were looking for, which would have been attentive, had it not been for the fact that we were only there for less than 10 whole minutes. When I told her the 1st time she asked exactly what we were looking for. The 3rd time she asked, I told her again. To which she said "It's better to shop online, you'll see more of what we actually have." As if she was trying to dismiss us. So I told her we had already looked up the store, we just wanted to view items as well.

When I walked away, she continued to stand near us as I tried to talk to my husband. To the point we walked out without looking at all the items we wanted to. It was awkward.

My wife and I bought a washer and dryer and a mattress last year, washer quit completely right after the warenty ran out, the dry is now about 14 months and your lucky if it dry's in two cycles, the mattress is all broken down . we bought them the same day, called and the told us we hard to call these 800 numbers. After weeks on the phone we finally got a service man out, the washer lasted three days after warranty, they were no help in helping us. I will not ever spend a dime there again.
