I love these guys! Extremely professional, trustworthy, friendly, and personable crew. Great communication skills in everyway, especially seeing that I currently live in a different state than where the work done was completed. Jent Electric was there when they said they would and kept me inform in each and every step. I highly recommend this company in a world where its seldom to find anyone with this kind of integrity. Thank you Frank, Tim, Mark and the rest of the crew!

I can’t say enough good things about these guys! They were there for me every step of the way when the house I bought failed the entire electrical system, including inadequate paneling and cloth wiring. Tim, Frank, and the entire team took it upon themselves to bring the house to quote. They were extremely professional and kept me in the loop at all times, which was very important, seeing that I still lived in a different state. Nothing stopped them from showing up to work when they said they would. They put in long hours with snow and ice, and no heat at the house. Just a bunch of amazing people...

Our recent experience with Jent Electric was outstanding and I would like to share the details! I contacted Jent Electric in regards to to replacement of our existing generator. The call back response was prompt and Mr. Frank Blackwood scheduled a home visit. He was very professional, knowledgeable and gave a tailored plan for our home needs. Within one week , our generator was installed and running today! Amazing experience! The team leader Mr. Biagio Raona was exceptional! Once the work started they encountered some unexpected code issue, Mr. Raona personally traveled to get the required cable and completed the project with no significant delay, we appreciated such professional service Mr. Raina at the end sat with us and went over the details ! We are very happy with our experience working with Jent electric and highly recommend...

Right now, only 4 stars. I called on a Monday and they were here the very next day installing a generator for an emergency power outage. The generator was up and running in about 3 hours. A few things went wrong. They forgot their rakes and shovels and had to borrow mine. The wrong electrical panel arrived. (then corrected) I ordered a 22kw generator but they installed an 18kw. (will correct in the next 2 months, hopefully) Surge protector was the wrong one. (will correct when they come back, hopefully) Of course, beyond their control; the ground was frozen and they could not dig a trench to bury the lines. (will correct when they come back, hopefully) IF they come back like they say they are (I did pay in full for a 22kw so IF they don't, I would want a refund) and correct everything, then they would definitely would...
