Worst butcher ever. Multiple ribeyes cut was with other pieces of meat that was not part of a ribeye. I asked for bone in and I got sharp pieces of bones in the steak. New York strips were mangled. My chuck roast had a cut down the middle of it. Packages were puctured. The butcher left the cow hang to long. And the brisket, they butchered the fat cap. Any real butcher would know you need the fat cap on a brisket. So basically if you want your cow’s meat to be mangled, and tough, then I guess this is the butcher for you. My favorite thing to get there was the summer sausage. That stuff is excellent on its own but pairs very well with cheese and crackers. The staff are EXCELLENT and always willing to help. I may be in Maine now but I'm going to head back to Ohio someday and you can bet that I'll be picking up some food...
