The younger gentleman working was a total chipper customer service friendly individual. I believe he said his boss/uncle was away for the day and he was by himself along with a nice older lady who had a cool sunflower shirt on that had stopped in to check on the young man. She was giggly too. But from what I could see he made contact with every customer that was already in there that was just walking in that was checking out. He handled it well. And was able to answer questions with ease and he was very enthusiastic about what a normal day for the cheese making would be like. It's quite an interesting stop when passing through I would about guarantee it will become a regular stopping point for many who do stop to explore. It's very open so you can come and view the process. The day we came it wasn't one of the days they had much going on. Which my co-worker and I knew that. With that said if you are trying to stop thru with some of the busy happenings you might inquire beforehand. But they have plenty of cheese and with at least 10 maybe 12 different flavors to taste. I personally found the cranberry horse raddish I believe it was to be quite good. I liked the spicy one too I can't remember the name of it. The place is so clean. Like I don't know if dust ever settles on anything there. There's usually just one or 2 people working. One runs the shop and the other makes cheese. Such a neat process that you can watch through a big window.
