I go here pretty regularly. Probably rethink that after today's experience. Took my item to the register expecting to pay what the label on the shelf said: $36.99. But the girl behind the counter was asking for $44.88. I questioned that and told her that the shelf price was the lower $36.99. She studdered a bit and told me that most of the shelf prices were wrong because prices have gone up everywhere and they haven't had the time to update them to current prices. I find this outrageous. I was charged more than 20% more than what is displayed. An honest business would honor the displayed price and work hard to keep and make the customers happy instead of the lame excuse of "we haven't had time". Especially since I see the workers walking around talking on the phone or standing around. Absolutely ridiculous! Always tried to buy local but when local are not worthy the Tractor Supply and O'Reilly auto is a short ride up the road. Update your shelf prices! Customers...

We are a local family that came in to pick up some hardware. During our time there my four year son had to use the restroom and when my husband asked where the bathroom was Kim, who was working the counter told him it was broken when my husband asked where the close one was she yelled at him to take my son to the trees outside... Not so good, I purchase from hardware to plants and the one time my wife bought the wrong nuts that were only $1.50 and I went back 15 minutes later to get the correct ones, I was told we don't have to take them back even know I was getting the correct ones to finish my job, so at this point I don't need to spend my hard earned money to support bad customer service, I even went as far to let this woman that had brown hair with glasses that I would put them back in the correct spot because she said they wouldn't know we're to put them Back and the part number and price was clearly...
