Super expensive and they consistently give you the wrong parts. Went in recently and had them order a part for my car. Got the part, brought it home and discovered that it was not the part I had ordered. Took pictures of the parts, brought it back and the guy behind the counter had the nerve to argue with me. Told me I was wrong and he was right even with picture proof. Finally an older employee came out and told the kid that he was wrong. The kid then tried to sell me another part for twice what I paid for the wrong one AND tried to charge me more money to return the part that they screwed up ordering.

Stopped in to pick up some wiper blades. I was waited on by a young man named Dana. I'm not very handy so I inquired if it was something I could change myself. Dana stopped what he was doing and looked me in the eyes and said, "You sir can do anything you set your mind to. Anything." Just then Foot Loose by Kenny Logins began playing on the store radio. Wasted so much of my day dealing with her and ended up at the N.Conway Napa... getting help from employees that actually knew about auto parts.
