Ordered Diablo 4 Deluxe Edition from this store and when I called today at the Early Access release, they couldn't print my code. The machine/register had to be restarted and even after that, they couldn't print my code. They called their support and couldn't come to a solution. The store then advised me to call GameStop Support. Between 3 people I have talked to, they all gave me a code that was only for Diablo 4 Beta Access which ended weeks ago. That ended up being 3 emails with 3 different codes that did not work at all. I was put in circles and when I got into contact with the support supervisor, I was told the same thing about the codes. The only thing the support supervisor suggested was to get a refund from the store. I live 2.3 hours away. I can only get a refund if I go into the store. I'm supposed to spend another 20 dollars to get a refund for a game that I should have had access to hours ago. I have meetings and appointments for a couple of days so even if I issued a refund the game would already be released. I plan to never come here again. I missed hours of gameplay with my friends.
