We had a gala event at his venue to raise money for a local nonprofit that were involved with. The venue is incredible, definitely the best in Ellis County. There's not enough Stars on Google. Definitely deserves way more than what I'm allowed to give. When you walk into this venue it's just incredible. Honestly I was speechless and blown away. He definitely sets venue space to a whole new level. I was absolutely blown away by the hospitality from the owner. There was a nice variety and some really talented vendors with unique products.

It was fun to shop the vendors who handcraft and ate not M L M marketers.

However it was poorly lit without good ventilation. Therefore it was hot and stuffy in January.

Also, a main draw for people with children was a very skilled face painter who was stuffed into a corner on the darkest part of the building. 2 strikes there because 1, how do you paint without light and 2, you couldn't see her. Also, 8x8 booths are too small. 10x10 is the norm.

This place is great! The owner is friendly and extremely helpful getting you what you need to host your event! Each time I have attended an event they continue to make great strides in making it an even nicer facility. They are easy to work with, I have rented it a few times and have not had a complaint to give!
