I wish I could give zero stars! I ordered a $300 chandelier in September and my credit card was charged. It never came. It is nearly impossible to get the owner on the phone with the phone number on the website because it is set to a fax machine. After months of getting the run around, she stopped returning phone calls, emails, website contacts, even faxes. When I did finally get her on the phone and said who I was and was hoping for an update, she hung up on me. She sent me an email later that same day (In January!!) saying that she hoped to have the money soon to order my chandelier for me. What!?!?!?! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
