Oxford Meat Packing was great. We had several delays on our end when it came to scheduling a butcher date. Every time I called to reschedule they were very accommodating. Sandy was the best. We didn’t think our animal would make it to the butcher because it was so big and couldn’t walk. Sandy suggested cutting back on the feed This worked great. The pig was able to walk into the butcher. They were willing to teach our 4-H club and give us all the information we needed as look forward to getting our premium cuts this fall after the fair.
