We have never had a issue here before and we have never had a vape not work except for today. Recently they started a new policy that if the vape doesn't work they will NOT refund you your money, that's fine. BUT they won't even exchange it for you at all. How can you sell a product that doesn't work and offer no exchanges for it? So you know it potentially may NOT work but you still sell it anyways and tell your customers too bad it's your loss??? It's not the workers fault but they claim it's a policy from the owner. So do yourself a favor and do but buy ANY vape products from them. Better off going to...

Staff isn’t the friendliest, probably because they’re overworked. Took my bottles here and did the drop off service (where they’ll count the bottles and put the money in an account which you can later withdraw). It’s been over 2 months now and my bottles still sit there and besides being moved around the store and shoved into a corner, have been unaccounted for. Would not recommend bringing your bottles here even if you don’t use their drop off service as other reviews say they miscount as well. For the record, I hate writing 1 star reviews but this one...
