Don’t even bother, process was easy but the roaches, no heat and no response to your concerns and issues for one, TWO something’s fishy is going on with the way they do their evictions and trust it will come to light. This complex NEVER gave us notice, I never received not ONE summons to court, (so now it was made to look like we’ve neglected going to court ) I have reason to believe mail wasn’t getting delivered on purpose to take our stuff by surprise and trust it will be investigated ! so one day we came home to all of our belongings DESTROYED and outside. They also withheld my medications and personal pictures and documents of my children ! I asked them to allow the rest of my things to be released and they told me they won’t. between usps and the apartments delivery people SOMEBODY is FOUL there’s no way we got 3 summons and didn’t receive not one of them . I understand and take accountability for being behind due to personal reasons HOWEVER I should’ve had a right to a fair trial and to also properly get my things out. They are keeping memories of my child and that is pure EVIL why only half evict the house? We can see all of our things that are still in the kitchen. The front desk lady lied to my face and said she personally put a notice on my door even after she said “we don’t post letters” she was going around in circles with a nonchalant attitude . I emailed the property manager and she stated that “ ALL of our belongings have been put out” but I have videos and pics of our stuff that we can see through the window . A lie. FISHY FISHY FISHY. Again no way we don’t receive our COURT ORDERED MAIL! Somebody is plotting and scheming. We were actually waiting for a court date so that social services would help us relieve our debt and it never came so now they ruined any chances of us getting help. I have been living at this complex since 2008 under 4 different owners of this property. Have everything been perfect? No. Does the good outweigh the bad? Yes. I never had a mouse problem living here. I have had incidents with roaches, however, those problems have been resolved by the quick response of the leasing office. I learned to do my part in keeping the problem under control. They took measures to exterminate the whole building and I gave them updates of the progress. The exterminator was called and I took measures in keeping them out of my home by maintaining a clean home and using roach repellent sprays of my own to keep them out of my home. The office staff workers at ZPM Management have been very responsive to all of my request that was needed since they took over this property. Some things took time especially during the pandemic or when they were short staffed. Actually, they have been the best property owners in my opinion.that have maintained this property. I admonish everyone to work with the company owners staff. Ask how you can help...

It looks like this apartment building has deleted its reviews. I wrote a review previously when I lived here in 2019-2020. My apartment was renovated nicely however my A/C wasn't working for the first month, my mailbox never worked then I had a mice problem, this is all within a four month time span.
