I emailed Oysters Hawaii 1 1/2 weeks prior to my party followed by a call only because my party was so soon and I know vendors sometimes need weeks notice. I spoke to Hopena, which he said he would check their calendar and would reply to my email. Within the next hour I got a reply and was so glad that they were available. Oysters Hawaii only serves the freshest of fresh high quality oysters. Having the oysters shucked right in front of you gives it a wow factor and I really appreciate the variety of condiments to choose from.
