Cassidy Station Events — Local services in Ozark

Highly recommend Cassidy Station! Gorgeous facility! Great for weddings, graduations, reunions, wedding shower, baby shower, anything!!! I was introduced to Cassidy Station looking for Prom flowers a few years ago and it lead us to have a graduation here! This is a little of our experience and I hope it answers some questions for you to help you make great memories of your own at Cassidy Station! Our celebration was a graduation ceremony and dinner. We had a little over 100 guests attend. The space felt cozy enough and yet large enough to give everyone the space they desired! Kids and adults loved going over to see the horses and cows! It was a treat!!! No barn smells! 🤣😁 Cassidy Station was wonderful to work with! Cat Eddie, events coordinator, listened to what I desired for our Graduation Ceremony and party and she gave great advice and was very thorough in all the details! Cat sent over a diagram of where we wanted all the tables and chairs. She followed up with a phone call and text to make sure I didn’t have any changes as our event date got closer! When we arrived on graduation day, the tables and chairs were setup exactly as planned! No un wanted surprises! The minute we stepped onto the property to decorate, all of the stressors of putting an event together left and there was only excitement and laughter because this venue was gorgeous! Candy station has really put so much thought into making any occasion be as seamless as possible! They have a kitchen to keep food warm. An ice machine. Drink dispensers. And so much more available! I really wanted a coffee truck at our event and Cassidy Station is setup perfectly with the new courtyard they just built! We used Copper Canyon Coffee Roasters. They had all kinds of coffee, teas, lemonade, and other yummy drinks. Hot and cold as well as decaf and caf! I mention this because there was plenty of room for our guests (young and older) to wait and not be in top of each other! Copper Canyon Coffee Roasters was very fast, faster than drive thru coffee shops! Our family and friends were just in awe of the service from Copper Canyon Coffee Roasters and the gorgeous setting Cassidy Station has created! Our celebration was intentional and very special to our family and Cassidy Station helped make the day be perfect! We finished our party a little before 8pm. Put the trash in the trash bins and cleared off all of our decorations. Kyle Estes came over as we finished our part of the clean up. The evening was gorgeous. And I asked, “Do we need to leave?” He kindly allowed us to enjoy the evening on the property as he started gathering the tables and chairs. After a very emotional and busy event, Cassidy Station gave us a gift to just relax and enjoy time with friends and family who were able to hangout just a little longer! They have rocking chairs and patio furniture that were just perfect to end our evening!

I would like to make a huge shoutout to the Cassidy Station, and Cat. I had my wedding here in October of 2024 and it went beyond our expectations. This place was so wonderful to us and helped my wife and I have the greatest wedding ever. Everything was so astonishing, clean, and organized. Our wedding guests congratulated my wife and I over and over for picking this venue. Cat and the Cassidy staff was so wonderful to us.
