Walmart — Local services in Ozark

First I want to say the manager at the Ozark Arkansas store is wonderful and does an amazing job. I love our little store but not enough associates. Some have to cover two departments. I have severe COPD. I'm on oxygen and it hard to walk far. I have to use a cart to be able to shop. I know it took me three trips to the store to get a electric can opener. Because there was only one top self and way back. I can't walk all over the store looking for an associate. There has been several incidents like that. The main thing is the parking lot. They just had it redone. But the moved all the handicapped parking spots out in the parking lot. Why did they take them away from the front of the building. It makes it very hard on all handicapped people. They took ones away before for police and pharmacy pickup. WHY? Police can park anywhere even behind cars. If they're there on official business. People picking up meds do not need special parking as much as handicapped people. Some have heart conditions , using crutches ,wheelchair and like me I have 29% lung capacity. The list goes on. I gave 3 stars because the store is clean, most of the time the staff is kind and helpful and basically its the best we have in our small town. I feel like Walmart and/or our city should try to bring a supercenter here because the local grocery store just price gouges and this Walmart has such a small selection of items. You might as well forget using the app or online shopping here. I literally looked on the app for butter and it says this item not found. It will say it has items in stock that are not even carried in this store at all. It feels like a store that Walmart forgot existed. They do small insignificant updates to but the products stay the same and the selection never really grows. I'm thankful for what we have but we really could use better. Our small town really needs some help growing and a Walmart Supercenter would help everyone in the community. I wish the mayor would help us update the store she used to work at and support the positive growth...

We are traveling and frequent many grocery and Walmart stores across the country. Although the Ozark location is very small and did not have many of the items I needed the employees went above and beyond to help me. The young man in the automotive department helped me with an item after I showed him a photo. There was one larger version and even though it wasn’t perfect I was going to purchase the item. The employee must have looked further and found me in another section of the store with the item. The cashier on # 2 was the sweetest young lady I’ve met in a while. So happy to meet those...
