We host women's retreats and hired ECPC after a disastrous experience with a caterer. Chef Bob came highly recommended by local friends, and we decided to take a chance. It was one of the single best business decisions we have ever made. The food was overflowing (last caterer ran out) and I do not think my words will accurately describe how incredible everything tasted, I actually had a dream about a chocolate dish of theirs lol. ECPC and Chef Bob are amazing some of the best chefs on the Emerald Coast. If you are lucky enough to be able to hire them - your guests are in for an awesome food experience. The food knowledge and execution made my wedding reception an event that my family and guests are still talking about even today! I met Chef Bob on a culinary tour through PSC and booked him immediately. Absolutely 5 stars- everything worked out perfectly without any hiccups! We had this team come to our vacation rental for a birthday dinner, and we were out all day and ended up being back over an hour later than we planned. They were completely fine with it and adjusted their timing flawlessly. The food was delicious, laid out beautifully, and professionally. All the food was enjoyed by everyone- adults and kids!
