Brandon Towing — Local services in Pacific Junction

If I could give 100 stars I would for Brandon's Towing. I had 2 different towing companies that were supposed to tow my vehicle yesterday. 1 came out and didn't have the right equipment to tow my vehicle? It was a mess. Then insurance went with another company that never even showed up after they told me they'd be there at 1 pm then 3 pm. It kept getting pushed back. I was so frustrated. Insurance then got ahold of Brandon's Towing at like 5 pm and they got to me right away! No problems at all, very professional, great guys to work with- Brandon and Elliot rock for helping me. They got it done in less than 20 minutes. If that. I thought I was going to have to wait another day, but they were my life savers, seriously! Thank you guys so much again!...

This was truly one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve every witnessed. We were getting a vehicle removed from our driveway and one of the drivers accidentally hit our car, we understand mistakes happen but the irate driver and business owner made this situation so much more than it should’ve been. In my experience a simple we have insurance you do to we’ll let them handle it and thank you for your time is the best way to handle a customer. But, this became such an emotional theatrical play of yelling it made no sense. The company collected on a claim for services they did not perform. They basically committed insurance fraud. Set up the tow through my insurance company. They intentionally left my 17 y.o. kid on the side on the side of the road for several hours waiting for a tow. Never showed up. Called the next morning to ask when they were picking up the car and was told that they weren't going to do it. Also said they don't go out in the middle of the night for anyone. So I had to call another company to do it. They did it quicker and for less money. Hope you sleep well at night knowingly stealing from insurance companies for services not performed. And leaving people stranded in the middle...
