So far none of the reviews seem to be correct. As I checked in the day before and was told they would start receiving at 7:30 a.m next day. It is now well past at 8:00 a.m. And nobody has moved. So much for quick unload. Also I don't understand the truck and trailer wash prior to getting here considering they have a dirt lot and today it's raining and so it's a mud hole. So you spend $100 to get your truck and trailer washed to come up here. To Get to drive in a mud hole. Also they have disinfectant that you have to spray in the floorboard of your truck and on your shoes. Again you are walking on dirt. Explain that to me how disinfecting your shoes to walk in the dirt. There are three truck washes within 50 MI . This is place is still scared of a flu that everyone should know by now it was all a hoax. I washed truck and trailer to deliver the load. Was also picking up a load. Made me go wash again the outside of my truck and trailer in order to get loaded. WHY?? HOW IS A WASH GOING TO HELP PROTECT YOUR PRODUCT INSIDE THE TRAILER?? THEY ALSO WANT YOU TO DISINFECT YOUR SHOES AND TRUCK FLOOR BEFORE GOING IN THE PROPERTY. IT'S A BUNCH OF DIRT ON YOUR PROPERTY IS THAT DISINFECTED? IS YOUR PROPERTY VIRUS FREE? RIDICULOUS, NO COMMON SENSE. JUST WAISTING TRUCK...

After seeing the reviews for delivering I was prepared to b sitting & waiting. Got here @ 0645 as staff was coming in. They called me to door @ 0745. 0850 I'm leaving. Not a bad experience compared to some of the reviews. You do have to get outside trailer wash prior to coming into facility & show receipt proof. There's 3 in the area.
