Usually Wards is a stand by their word establishment. Today I had a 10 o'clock appointment for an oil change that I made the day before I arrived 3 minutes before that time understood a car being on the lift in front of me. What I didn't understand is why I was told after things occurred to come back and hour later when someone literally just drove up and they were put in front of not me but everyone there waiting. Stopped by because tire pressure light came on, they were very helpful and checked all my tires. They had to add air to all 4 tires because the cold weather had them reading a little low. This turned the sensor off and I was good to go. No charge for help but I did give the gentleman a tip for helping me. The father has retired and the son has taken over and everything is running smooth and same great service as always. Thank you wards tires...
