Bought a smok novo 5, was informed by the associate that it was close to a disposable but had my reservations. I’ve let the coils sit for 2+ minutes and not had a good experience. Thought it might be the juice that I was advised to buy and the other juice has not made a difference. The nicotine throat hit isn’t the issue it’s a lack of flavor. Explained that the novo 5 is designed horribly when you go to hold it if you have a normal size hand you’ll block the airflow. Asked about the 6 and it had the airflow on the side instead of the front. Tried to talk about exchanging it or a credit because I just won’t use this and have effectively wasted 65$. Was told there was nothing that could be done. I would never advertise these as close to a disposable vape. That is not the experience that it gives. The associate was friendly and attempted to assist me to the best of their abilities. If I’m coming to get juice or some of the other mod kits they have I would recommend for everyone. If someone is new to a new type of vape and uncertain about what to get I would go somewhere else. Mainly caters to people who vape(I don't). Shop is very small and most the products are vape products but they do have a little bit of other smoke products aswell. When I first started going there they had awesome customer service two sisters who were very friendly and outgoing, really personable and the manager/ owner? Was really cool too. But more recently there have been other people who are definitely not as friendly or helpful. There really aren't many options in the area for smokers so If you are in need of something and local or passing through I would atleast stop by, check them out and see If they have something you may like. Excellent selections with many options for everything, from edibles to cartridges to disposables and more, and everything is top of the line, of the highest available quality. The great service is the best thing about this place though. They are always super kind, helpful and patient, and they’re very good about exchanging defective products without any hassle, very down to earth.
