Exit gate security (4/18/24 at 12:30 am needs help. Officer Farva (_not his real name) had a “liter of cola” mentality.

When provided my paperwork and location of my trailer, the exit procedure was left out. Human mistake. I got to the security gate to check out not knowing what you would only know if you were told, so like other facilities I waited for home to finish what he was doing. Meanwhile he meanmugs me, makes facial expressions, minutes later I get out and go to ask him what is wrong, he just points at the other door.

There is a rolled up paper sign I could not have seen that reads “driver entrance”. I tell him I couldn’t have seen that, he is making rude facial expressions, so I ask him..Did I do something wrong or was another trucker rude to you?

He told me I was holding the line up just sitting there looking at him. I said I didn’t see any instructions to guide me. How would I have known and nothing was on the print out I received when I came in. I’ve never been there before so I don’t know the exit procedures..

He told me I was lying and that he used to do that job and he knew she told me. I advised there wasn’t a she but a he who gave me my paperwork and He didn’t give me exit instructions.

This could have been avoided if officer Farva had take 30 seconds to step out of his booth when he realized I wasn’t following procedure, 10 seconds to step out and 15 seconds to give me the procedure. He was extremely RUDE and argumentative. He held me and others up because he was too oblivious to see something was off and too lazy to spend 30 seconds to get out and inform me of some basic...

Back up on loads I suppose, Potter potty at out gate to left No Overnight parking , you can park on side of road .when heading out tur n right about three trucks there ,yes in turning lane .

now listen carefully : at the out gate to your left on your left about 2 trucks

Listen carefully again another parking place is out the exit gate , turn right, before before the light about 2 trucks on your right side of road before passing Palaka truck center

Across the street in front of palaka truck center about 3 trucks. And please be careful, there is a hole for whoever at that end closer to light

This place was okay during the day. I wouldn't want to navigate it too much at night because they have about six gates to go into. I think gate 6 was where the trucks enter. The first card was friendly. The second one on the exit was plain and rude. The guy at the inspection dock was pretty good and they get your paperwork there too. Then you have to go to another area to drop your empty trailer and pick up your loader trailer. And they don't have too many signs around either. I wouldn't run back to this place. One good thing about it was my trailer wasn't sealed so I was able to see where they loaded the...
