Approx 4 years ago my wife and I purchased a high quality bed due to both of us suffering from medical issues needing a more supportive mattress. The matress, box spring and support cost thousands of dollars. This is what was recommended by McKinnon staff. The bed set up also came with a 10 years warranty.

2 years after our first purchase the mattress began to sag in the center and lost most of its support. After several phone calls and a consultation we were able to exchange the matress for another. The second matress never quite felt as supportive as the original. We used the second matress for approximately 2 years and it also began to sag. After many phone calls we were referred to the manufacturer for further warranty services. The manufacturer is refusing to assist and Troy at McKinnon is stating, "What do you want from me?"

We simply wanted what we purchased... a quality bed with a 10 year warranty. Not to be pawned off or ran around the bush after 4 years.

My husband and I recently purchased 2 Lazy Boy recliners from McKinnon home furnishings. This is to replace the current Lazy Boy recliners we have as La-Z-Boy is top shelf for us. The service was beyond my expectations as well as the choice of recliners available at McKinnon. It was a specialty order specific to leather and color. Duncan was very patient and understanding of what would be the best fit for us. Superior service is what we received from Duncan. No pressure sales and no looking over your shoulder approach to sales. We truly appreciated his approach. Duncan is a great asset to McKinnon. He knows the product he is selling and is focused & confident with his work. This was also a big selling point for us. I hadn't originally considered McKinnon for a furniture purchase, but after I saw their billboard on I-95 south (just north of the 207 exit), I figured I'd check them out, and even though I'm an hour north of them (Jacksonville), I'm so glad I did! A truly impressive selection of furniture (indoor and out) for all rooms and budgets, friendly and knowledgeable no-pressure salespeople, and competitive prices, including special order and delivery options. The new owners are super-friendly and have a great sense of humor.
