I updated my review based on the response from Professional Grade Fence to provide more accurate details. I would also like to point out that their response only further shows their lack of concern for the quality of their product in that they attempt to blame me, the customer, for the poor quality of the installation workmanship. The small Christmas palm trees have nothing to do with any of the odd shaped panels in the side lines of the fence since they are located long the back line of the fence. All the post holes were dug by hand with a pair of post hole diggers so the installer knew full well he cut the sprinkler line since he did it with his own two hands. The gate was poorly located regardless of the “plan” and any quality installer would have known to move it to a more suitable location. Moving the gate did not require any additional materials since the length of the sideline did not change in any way. The only additional work was moving the two gate posts. I did call shortly after the fence was installed to have someone come out and repair the gate as it was already sagging from its poor construction. I specifically requested that a different installer be sent out and was assured that one of their best would be sent, however, the same installer who built the fence and gate was sent out to make the repairs. I did not call Professional Grade Fence back out to fix these issues because I did not believe they would do so in an acceptable manner.
Hello, I contracted Professional Grade Fence to install a vinyl privacy fence on my property. I had and continue to have issues with the quality of the work that was done. The materials are of good quality, however, the installer was not a professional. The installer did not follow my fence location instructions so I have odd sized panels that look odd where there could have been standard size panels installed. During the installation there was a discussion about where to locate the gate that the installer simply ignored my request until I called the office to have them intervene. I wanted the gate placed on level ground while the installer wanted to put it in a panel that was on a slope. This would not only have looked odd, but it would not have functioned correctly either. Even thought he gate was built on level ground, it requires constant adjustment as it does not remain level because it was not correctly supported when built by the installer. The installer cut a sprinkler line and did not even let me know. This would have flooded the post hole that they were digging so now I have concerns about the stability of that post. I have also recently seen that the fence has developed a gap between one corner post and a panel attached to it. I would not recommend this company not only because of he poor overall quality of the workmanship, but also during the resolution of the issues that occurred during the installation. The company representative that came out after I called told me that the installer was one of their best, but was having family issues and I should accept his poor workmanship. I do not believe the company sincerely cares about the product when it comes to either the quality of the installation or the aesthetic aspects of the final product.

Professional Grade Fence was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They did a friend of mines fence about 5 years ago and it still stands straight and looks amazing. He referred me to them after talking about his fence. I went online and scheduled a quote. Got an email back shortly after from Zoey in the office.
Communication was superb through out. I even messed up and replied to the wrong person and when she didn’t hear from me she sent a separate email to make sure everything was still good to go. It was, and we continued to converse for a few days getting everything set up.
The gentleman that came out for the quote and to talk about the company and any questions I had and upgrades I wanted was very knowledgeable. A pet peeve of mine is when a company takes the time to get all your information and then doesn’t add it to the quote so you have to go through it again. They got every thing right the first time! Even all the additions and upgrades.
Once we pulled the trigger Zoey took care of everything else. Permitting, questions and scheduling was all done and ready. All the paperwork was well organized and explained. Zoey was very responsive and easy going. She kept everything organized and was on point for everything.
The crew came out on time and was ready to work immediately. Job was done in less than two days. They walked the progress and completion with us each day to make sure all was still to our expectations.
They really do go the extra mile to make sure not only their work is well done but also the workmanship and products. After researching and looking into other materials from other companies Professional Grade had the best materials. They also ensure that the fence is secured better and deeper then what other companies do. I’m very persnickety about what people and companies do work on my home. I would recommend them to anyone!

Read moreDidn't get anything done by them as they're apparently too busy to call back and send a quote.
1st time I called on a Sunday and left a message. That's expected it will be close so I left a voicemail. After 1 week I didn't get a response back to my voicemail so I called back 8 days later and the lady on the phone was apologetic but pretended like she didn't get a message. Everything is fine and she took my info this time.
It took 3 weeks before someone could come give me a quote.
They were nice to call the day before I was going to get the quote. I talked to the tech who came out an measured the house. we talked about doing the back lot and he said he needed the survey. I told him it would be a long time before I dug that out and that he would do a multi-quote where the house is one and we could do the lot later.
It's been almost 3 weeks since he is coming to my house and no quote was ever sent and no contact was ever made. He even promised me he would email me a phone number and a quote and even promised me he would text me and email address where I can send a copy of the land survey too which she never did that either. So I sat here and waited 3 weeks to find out how much it would cost to have my yard fenced in.
Shocking! Nothing, no communications, no quotes, nothing! This is what they did from the get-go, I should have stayed with my instincts and not call them back but I like to give people a fair try as I know it can be tough.
Poor customer service, no response, no quote. Hopefully the owner will read this and make some changes. Saddly, my interactions are very typical. These two people I have interacted with have probably lost my business with this company and I will now steer everybody away...
