We did a kyacking tour with another company the previous year and loved it and so we thought we would try this one with the clear bottom boats as it sounded so inticing. We were totally disappointed as the water was so shallow that we couldn’t complete half of our tour. We should have been told to reschedule for another time to go when the water was more cooperating before driving there but we weren’t. If you want to get out and see the real Florida with some awesome guides, this is the place! Our guide, Saxon, took us down the river (I think he called it Long Creek) and we were able to see blue heron, and some osprey as well! We stopped at a “beach” along the creek and found hermit crabs and some kind of cool slug in a shell.
