I don't know what happened, but the food has gotten SO BAD that I am now spending a small fortune to have food delivered to my parents... even though meals are included in rent. What they are serving is gross and industrial... like prison food. Things have changed and I'm not sure why. Seems like profit has become more important than the mission of providing for seniors. My mom made Palmetto Park her home in 2015. She has been very happy there. The staff is wonderful. They care about every aspect of the residents’ lives from fun social activities to bringing the Amazon box to the apartment door.
