I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I will tell you the customer service of this company goes above and beyond like any company I have seen in a very long time. My experience with them I must say was stellar. Last week my freezer stopped working and I called one company who came out but was unable to service due to type of freon so he recommended Holtaus. I called emergency number that night and they were at my home the next morning. The technician was very friendly and up front with what I was facing. The current freezer was just a year old and the other appliance store from Springfield, Il was not able to service it for 2 weeks and I had a freezer full of meat that was in jeopardy. I really was up against the wall. The technician told me they had freezers in stock and after several phone calls by the technician they were able to arrange a delivery for our new freezer that afternoon. I had just gotten out of the hospital and I really didn't know how I was going to be able to transfer all the meat by myself, when they arrived with the new freezer I explained my situation and they were more than willing to help me get new freezer in position and all the meat transferred and set up ready to go. I can't express enough how much I appreciate this company, the customer service, and the prompt service I received. Would give this ten stars if I could....

Called March 13th to set a time for a quote on a new HVCA system. The person said the individual who does the quotes would callback. After waiting a week I physical stopped in to talk to someone about a quote and the individual at the front went back to the guy that does the quotes and he said he didn't have time even to talk to my. Since then I received three other quotes and had my new system installed by April 20th. "Thank you JANSENS HEATING and Air" also thank you Hunter Appliance and Culbertson HVCA for your quick response. You are ALL GREAT. NOW..... Today on May 23rd Holthaus estimator calls me to see what I needed. For that I can give them one 🌟. Lol. It's really not funny though.
