Mr. Hibachi At Home — Local services in Panama City Beach

The food and the overall experience was good. The chef, Jacky, showed up approx 30 minutes late, it states when you book it they will show up 30 min prior to the actual time to set up. Therefore, we did not get started until approx 20 minutes after the original time it was booked for. Our chef did not put on an elaborate experience like is noted in other reviews, he was not very engaging and seemed to rush through things. We finished up not even an hour after he started and seemed to be rushing us to finish up eating. Due to these issues we experienced we decided to tip 18%, when on a total of over $500 is still a considerable about. The chef counted our money and when he noticed the tip was not to his liking he turned the receipt around and tapped repeatedly on it expecting more. When I stated the numbers at the bottom are “suggested tips”, he angrily packed up and left.

Overall, we did enjoy the experience but for the cost we expected more and didn’t appreciate the awkward...

We booked Mr. Sky for our combined bachelorette and bachelor party in Destin, and WOW — he absolutely made the experience unforgettable! We came all the way from Houston, Texas, and while we’ve had hibachi at home before, nothing compared to this. The flavor in the veggies, the FRIED RICE, the proteins — chef’s kiss! Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection.

But beyond the food, Mr. Sky brought the vibes! He was super fun, engaging, and knew how to keep the whole group laughing and hyped the entire time. His energy was over the top in the best way possible — the perfect match for a lively celebration like ours.

If you’re looking to level up your pool party or event in Miami, this is your guy. 10/10 would book again...

Mr. Hibachi gave us an unforgettable meal and experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely incredible. Thank you for being so awesome — the food was out of this world, and the fried rice was hands down the tastiest I’ve ever had. Every bite was full of flavor and perfectly cooked.
