Busy place and it stays busy so expect a wait. The five stars are for the folks though. Great people here. The lady at the traffic control - escort check-in is awesome. She's very professional, efficient, and friendly; a wonderful person all the way around. Security is very tight but the folks at the gate are welcoming, friendly and helpful. My experience with most everyone here has been positive and I enjoyed the visit. The waiting lot at the escort building is small and at times presents a real challenge for backing up. The gates are narrow to get through on property and I've seen some drivers today have problems. Docking is a pain too because of the limited space. Much of it is no worse than driving through some toll barriers but is tighter than the normal fuel islands so go easy. I went in to get my TWIC from this office. Very nice, friendly atmosphere and people in the office. Niece was a pleasure to work with, she is knowledgeable and thorough to make sure you understand throughout the process. I had our lo with me and she was friendly with him as well.
