Kiene Recreation — Local services in Pandora Township

Very disappointed. I inquired about a quad at Kiene on Wed March 6th via Facebook and made an offer. I received a response and contacted the dealership the next day. I made arrangements to buy the 4 wheeler on Saturday March 9, 2019 from a salesman named Cash. I was told that a guy looked at it on Thursday and said he would come back on Friday to purchase, but if not it would be held for me. Cash also said he would call to let me know if it sold on Friday. No call, so I drove 3.5 hrs from home on Saturday as I agreed to purchase it. On my way there when the dealership opened at 10am I called to confirm that I was close to arrival, the guy who was supposed to be there on Friday showed on Saturday. So they let him have it when I'm 15 minutes away and after getting 3.25 hrs into a 3.5 hr drive. They didn't even bother to pick up the phone to tell me. The salesman Cash obviously has no value to his word and I will never do business with Kiene Recreation again.

You saying that you offered to take a deposit it not truthful. I would have placed a deposit on it, just like making a 3.5 hour trip there like I said I would. It is even more disappointing to hear the lies that you tell. ...

Staff took the time to help me find some very difficult parts to find for my vintage sled. Even had some of it in stock. Very friendly and helpful goes a long way with me. The gentleman behind the counter was actually very knowledgeable about specifics on my sled without even seeing it. Very hard quality to find today and I am thankful for these guys.
