Dollar General — Local services in Pangburn

Since the new girl Salina has been there the store has done an amazing turn around. She and Kitty are two of the friendliest people people that I have come across in a while, BUT some of the customers need to learn some manors. I was in the store when this woman came in with her dog, she was not in control of that dog either. Salina ask the lady several times as nicely as anyone could to please control your dog the lady got rude, and then allowed her dog to grab the groceries off the bottom shelf, at this point Salina TOLD her to please put the dog in a basket since it's her emotional support animal. She even got a basket for the lady. This lady cost a lot of unnecessary trouble for the girls and inventory loss for the store. What would you have done.🐕 I add this because I saw the dog's owner...

A very nice lady asked me to give an honest review. Their company had gotten a bad one and that always hurts. I wish people that have a legitimate complaint would give the company a call and let them know why they are dissatisfied. Without knowing why a customer isn't happy, it makes correcting the problem impossible. Contacting the store opens communication. The employee's have always greeted me and others as they enter the store, asked if they could help find anything, and all the while stocking merchandise, checking out customers, answering phones, answering questions, and to add just a little bit more, because they deserve it, THEY LITERALLY ARE ALWAYS BUSY!!! Dollar General has been my go to during covid 19. They have gone above and beyond. They make sure seniors get their share of supplies. They are to me better than Walmart they are people that are local and there all the time. I will never forget how they were there for us during this time. I will always be a Dollar General fan for life. To be able to go to a store where they know you and go out of there way for you is one thing but I have been in several Dollar General stores in my area and hours away I am always welcomed and treated well.
