An excellent 'corner store' vibe. A go-to place for quick essentials when you don't want to drive all the way into town.
In addition to farm supplies, they sell milk, eggs, cheese, and a good selection of popular beer brands.
Also they have a freezer of local meat -- which is quite high quality.
In addition, they sell basic items for the local campers (chips/dips/supplies).
I highly recommend the store, and the local owners are very friendly. It seems every time I'm in there someone is just standing around chatting.

Read moreThe nearest store of any type to the place we stayed for 6 weeks was BJ's Farm Supply. We drove past it frequently, and we thought it was a traditional feed and seed store. I had seen signs about Angus beef, and began to think my initial assessment was not correct. My wife interpreted the sign as meaning Angus beef cattle (on the hoof) could be purchased through them. I disagreed, so we went in. The answer is they have a great selection of locally raised meat (beef, pork, lamb, chicken, and rabbit) for sale. Read moreThis is now my favorite shop to grab essentials like meat, bread, milk and eggs. Don’t let the name fool you, it’s closer to a convenience store than a feed/farm supply store. Great local goodies, beautiful fresh picked flowers, 2 friendly cats, and great helpful people running the place. I’ve been coming to camp on Mile Point for 40+ years and love having a place like this just down the road. Glad to see the community rally around it...
