I became a customer in 2022. During that time I didn’t have to wait long for them to come by to hang up my lights. They kept me informed of when they were coming and when they completed. They even gave us a thank you gift for being a new customer! Also, when we had a windstorm part of our lights came off. Therefore, I contacted Happy Holiday Lighting to rehang them and they did. They made sure our lights were displayed perfectly for the holiday season and that made our Christmas even more enjoyable. The employees are very helpful and polite. I spoke with Elisha and she was wonderful to work with. This year we were able to get our lights hung up quickly as well. I knew they would do such a good job that I had Happy Holiday Lighting wrap our trees with lights. Our house looks great and very festive with all the lights displayed. First year went OK - but when they came to take the lights off there was a bit of damage. I watched the literally rip the lights from the roof - left over hangers were strewn around the yard.

Contacted them again this year and they quoted a price of $1,240. Which was in line with what we were told last year. When I agreed, they came back and said "Oh, that was an automated text response, your actually price will be $1,550." Feel a bit taken advantage of - so asked for an early bird discount - that is not offered. Went and got quotes from 3 other companies for the same display - and most all were under $1,550. Service was mostly abysmal. Sometimes it would take a couple of days for them to respond. Communication within the organization, if you can call it that, was nonexistent. One year left extension cords hanging from the roof and it took them three weeks to come remove them. Their clips were everywhere in our bushes. They literally yank the strings of lights off of the roof like they're peeling a banana. They ruined our bird guards on our solar panel. For the price you pay you get terrible service. The first year was great and Dakota was amazing. There must be new employees that are terrible or just don't care. After an install this year, I came home to find the photos attached and I had them removed...
