The staff are super friendly, on time, and helpful. The quads were easy to ride and instructions easy to follow. When you show up you sign a waiver, choose a helmet style and get fitted for one, and then you wait for the rest of your group to show up. When it’s time the instructors teach everyone the basics of the ATV and they have a dirt circle path they have everyone go around on to practice to make sure they got it down. Then everyone goes off as a group (everyone who paid for a slot at the time you also booked, so we had 4 total groups with us, 8 doubles and 4 singles). The main part of the ride is in the woods behind them on various paths. The ride time after instruction and practice is a little less than an hour but it still feels like a substantial amount of time when you’re out there. They stop once while out for a quick break (your thumb will need it!) and to allow you to take pictures. Why 4 and not 5 stars: -no real bathrooms only portable potties, although they were fairly clean - no shade to wait in besides your car while waiting for the rest of the groups to show up -no option for a private ride or only riding with more experienced riders. Your auto mixed with anyone else who paid for that time slot too. -if you’re an experienced rider, it’s fun, but may seem a little boring compared to what you usually do. All the atvs are fully automatic so no gear shifting, there’s no huge mud puddles hills or rocks to get over. There’s a few but they’re minor. This is set up to be beginner friendly which is great for first timers but maybe not so much for experienced ones. It’d be cool if they had a more advanced option. -for $100+/hr, I’d like the option for the more advanced trails -it’s pricey, but every atv place is priced like this -while out someone wasn’t listening to directions or rules and ran their atv into a tree and then later flew themselves off. My first issue is this is really hard to do at the pace we were going and if you were just paying attention and not being foolish or silly, so that person in our group should’ve been removed for safety reasons but wasn’t. They were out with one of the guides and watched. So I guess that’s an acceptable 2nd best solution. But my other issue with this is the whole group had to stop when this happened, eating about 5 minutes of our time the first time with the tree and about 10 or so minutes the second time when he flew off, with the rest of the group just sitting there. When you pay a lot by the hour, 15 minutes is substantial for unplanned ride time just sitting there, that’s $25. Multiple guides go out in these groups (4-6), so one or two of the guides at that point should’ve stayed with the rider causing problems and the rest of the guides kept on with the rest of the group. But ultimately we still had fun once we got moving again. -it’s not like rock run where you get to go out on your own and pick your trails based on difficulty. You’re following a guide on a pre selected easier trail. Def a beginners place.

This was one of the best ATV tours I’ve been on.. A very good length and very nice views especially the wild life in the mountains! Thank you for a great experience.

What started as a potentially disappointing afternoon turned into the highlight of my birthday trip, thanks to the exceptional customer service at Pocono ATV.

Our party of 4 had an appointment scheduled for 1 pm. Unfortunately, we arrived at 1:15 pm to discover our group had already departed. In that moment, I was worried our ATV experience would be lost. Instead, the young woman working in the office completely turned the situation around with her professionalism and genuine care.

She presented us with two thoughtful options: we could receive an in-house credit to use by the end of the year (with the flexibility to call and extend if needed), or we could return at 3 pm when another time slot might be available. We decided to come back at 3 pm, and to our pleasant surprise, she had worked with her manager to open up that exact slot for our group of four. That kind of discretion and willingness to go the extra mile is rare and truly appreciated.

What made this experience even more meaningful is the context of my day. Earlier, I had visited a horse stable company with guests, an experience that left me genuinely disappointed. The stark contrast between that encounter and the positive, solution-oriented approach at Pocono ATV made all the difference. This ATV adventure became the true highlight of my birthday trip. The office staff's ability to handle a mishap with grace, offer viable solutions, and then exceed expectations by securing us a time slot demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction that goes beyond the ordinary.

If you're looking for an ATV experience paired with genuinely excellent customer service, Pocono ATV is your destination. It is highly...

It was my first ATV experience and I can’t say it went well. We joined this tour as a group of 7 friends, but it didn’t meet expectations. First of all, the tour lasted only about 40 minutes, not the 1 hour they advertised. When we asked, they said the entire process including procedures was 1 hour, but the onboarding should have been done before the ride and not counted as part of the tour.

At the beginning, the staff member confirmed that those riding double could switch halfway through the tour. She even suggested that less experienced riders should take the first half since it was the easier part of the trail. However, when we got to the halfway point, they refused to let us switch and rudely claimed it was a rule, making us look like liars. If I had known from the start that I had to ride the whole time, I would have chosen to sit behind my spouse instead. Since switching wasn’t allowed, I was forced to continue driving even though I was tired.

The vehicles were also very dirty. On top of that, we had to ride in a single-file line at a very slow pace. They even refused to move slower riders to the back, which made the experience even less enjoyable. Honestly, I don’t recommend renting from them at this price.

Another thing worth mentioning is that whenever they get negative reviews, staff members seem to write fake positive reviews pretending to be customers. That’s just ridiculous. Also a so-called ‘customer’ who left a fake review claiming to have been in the office at the same time as us. But during that conversation, it was only us and the staff in the room — no one...
