Paradise Tire Shop is a lifesaver! Called at the last minute and Sam the manager came through! I had a bit of a tire emergency and was worried I wouldn't find a place that could help me out, especially late in the afternoon. I rolled into Paradise Tire Shop, and from the moment I walked in, I was blown away by their customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed to care about my situation. Even though it was getting close to closing time, they went above and beyond for me, staying late to make sure my tires were taken care of. They were super efficient and transparent about everything, explaining the work they were doing without any pressure. I walked away with not only a perfectly repaired tire but also a sense of trust in their business. Their prices were more than fair, and it's clear they run an honest operation. If you are a woman, I wouldn’t recommend going here. I was extremely uncomfortable because one male employee kept wanting my phone number even when I said no multiple times. I was the only customer and a petite woman so I tried to stay friendly in fear of escalation and not having access to my vehicle (being serviced). No woman feels safe after rejecting someone’s advances and then have to continue to be in the same room..especially when this person has power to retaliate (either toward my vehicle or being dishonest about service/prices).

This was a very icky experience for me. My brother-in-law called the business once I left to complain but the other employee didn’t seem to express much care.
