This track is a legend. Founded & opened in 1961 by George Ray. There's been many time records broken here and some of the fastest drag racers to grace a track anywhere. Went yesterday to watch some of the local action taking place. These drivers never disappoint a crowd. It was a great time to be had by all . Still $10 a person admission for Sunday races. Everything was way more expensive than it should have been, no wonder the car count was super low for this event. I think the heavenily hog BBQ guy was trying to retire from this one day. $11 for a mediocre pulled pork sandwich. They must think inflation gives them free reign to screw over everyone. Very...

The only, and the best heads up drag strip on the the planet, I've be going there since my dad took me for the first time when I was 3, and I'm 41 I've raced there, my daughter has raced there, it's a true home grown experience. You haven't lived untill you've spent a day at George Ray's...
